It’s summertime in Houston, and after a long day of showings, all I can think about is jumping in some of my favorite pools we’ve sold this year.

Starting off with an architectural feat is the pool at 59 Tiel Way. Located right on a ravine, this pool sits in a steel cradle hovering above the Bayou. You truly forget you live in the 4th most populated city in the United States with this lush green surround. Exercising is a breeze with over 40 linear feet, this is the perfect lap pool. Fountains, fire pits, and a serene lightscape make this pool the ultimate escape.

The pool at 5666 Olympia Drive was a favorite of mine to show because of it’s automated pool cover. It rolls in and out with the push of a button, creating a safe space for little ones as well as a clean pool year-round to keep the adults happy. Turn on the spa from your phone on your way home for dinner and it’ll be piping hot by the time you get home!

The less I have to maintain something the better, and that’s one of the reasons why I loved the pool at 802 E Friar Tuck Lane so much. With a self-cleaning system, you can be assured that even in the midst of fall, or peak pollen time in Houston, this pool will be sparkling clean. Another feature that I love so much is the surrounding tile is heat-dissapating, so you’ll never burn your toes even in August.
Let us know which of these three pools you would vote for!
